Reusable knowledge that stands on its own, independent of any specific BU. For example, an explanation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation belongs here even though both Circle and Digital Flux AI use it — BU documents should link to the concept here rather than re-explain it.

  • Concepts, areas, and reference knowledge that would still be true and useful regardless of which BU is asking.

Does not belong here

  • BU- or project-specific application of a concept — that belongs under 10-bus/ and should link back to the general concept here.
  • External source material itself (books, articles, videos) — those belong under Resources and can link here for the concepts they relate to.
