Does not belong here

• Content that is simply outdated and has no historical value — Git history already preserves every past version, so do not archive a file just to keep an old draft; only move content here when the whole document has stopped being active but its historical existence still matters.

Do not delete knowledge merely because it stopped being current if the historical context remains useful — archive it here instead.
